…Said no one, ever, when they start any task in the world of finance.
While we knew the world of finance would always be a farrago of complication and bureaucracy, we did know that in the digital space, things could be better. A lot better.
My work from 2018-2022 as a senior lead product designer encompassed everything from user research & testing, product strategy, product design, and more. We designed apps for borrowers to apply for loans, manage approval process, explore products. We designed apps for lenders to manage their applicants’ timelines, documents, tasks, and calendars. And we designed patterns and rhythms that could be used almost interchangeably between the two.
